The A.R.C was birthed as Pastor Frankie was traveling prophetically ministering in America and the nations.

God began to reveal to him to him the state of the church in America and where it was headed.As he was ministering in Entebbe, Uganda God spoke to him in his Hotel room. “I have revealed to you the true state the American church. What are you prepared to do about it?” The Lord asked Pastor Frankie three times. This weighed heavily on Pastor Frankie’s heart. Then in 2011, As he began to pray, God supernaturally opened a door for a Director position in an organization. However, God instructed him to respectfully decline the offer, but to request to conduct weekly bible studies using their campus. This is where the journey began!

GOD SAID: "SON, THIS CITY NEEDS AN AUTHENTIC, ORGANIC, SPIRIT FILLED, SUPERNATURAL CHURCH CULTURE TO RISE WITH TRUTH AND THE POWER OF MY SPIRIT AGAIN!"

Previously, Pastor Frankie was hosting monthly REFORMATION worship and revival services in Marietta, GA. Since 2011 the weekly bible studies began to form into a radical vision piece by piece where God revealed the biblical understanding of "Awakening" and the need for America to have its first historical "Reformation" to rebuild the former foundations. Therefore, in 2013 the A.R.C. (Awakening & Reformation Center) was born! We have faithfully taught the word, built relationships, served the inner city, eventually securing a church building in East Point, GA in 2016.

We are proud to announce we are in our brand new location serving a growing, thriving, multi cultural tri-city area where Atlanta/Vinings/Smyrna all converge. We look forward to meeting great people of all colors, socio-economic backgrounds, and hearing their life stories as we love them and lead them as awakeners and reformers into every stratosphere of societal influence.
